Shontee Pant, a sophomore from Mokane, Mo., took second place in the 3000 meter steeple chase at the Illinois College Twilight meet. Pant finished in a time of 13:16.03, placing her third on the program's all-time list. This was Pant's first ever race in the event and is the third best time in the SLIAC this season.
