WOMEN'S TRACK
Principia College's Casey Powell, a sophomore from Colorado Springs, Colo., has been named the SLIAC Women's Track Performer of the Week for the week of March 28-April 3.

Powell placed ninth out of 48 runners in the 800-meter run at the WUSTL Invitational. She posted a time of 2:22.75, beating her previous personal record by nearly six seconds. The time also places her second on Principia's all-time top 10 list and is only a second off a 30-year old school record.
