Lincoln, IL- Principia made their way to Lincoln, IL to take on the Lynx in their third meet of the season on Saturday. The Panthers swam fast, and fought to every wall, but ultimately the Lynx, much larger in size, captured the win 180-37.

Tyler Loechner, senior captain Bob Cleveland, and freshmen
Andy Furbush, and
Chip Jackson swam a solid 200 medley relay with a time of 1:48.76, enough to capture second. Junior
Will Crowley swam aggressively to capture two third place finishes in both the 200 and 100 freestyles. Furbush and Cleveland took third and forth, respectively, in the 50 free and Loechner swam his first ever 200 back, finishing with a fast time of 2:08.17.
The Panthers encountered some tough competition; it was a meet full of hard, but valuable swims bringing the up the level of competition and giving the Panthers a chance to fight for faster times. The Panthers head into sports camp for the next three weeks and then on up to Augustana College December 4th and 5th.
