LSAH, IL- The women's swimming and diving team had their second home meet of the season today against the Lindenwood University-Belleville Lynx. Although the women did not win the meet, they each came away with at least one performance seasonal best.
Junior Captain Dani McKenzie set the standard winning both her individual events in the 50 free and 100 fly, earning a season best in both, 50 Free (25.50) and 100 Fly (1:03.88). McKenzie also did a lifetime best on her split for the 100 Free relay (56.02). Sophomore
Shelby Barner beat her season best in the 50 Free. Sophomore
Bailey Bischoff earned her season bests in the 200 Free (2:15.14) and 100 Back (1:10.12). Sophomore
Annika Erickson earned her season bests in the 1 meter dive and 3 meter dive. Freshman
Caidi Gillett also earned her season best in the 1 and 3 meter dive. Freshman
Elizabeth Hagenlocher earned a season best in the 100 Breast (1:48.34). Freshman
Adriana Lopez earned two season bests in the 50 Free (36.16) and the 100 Free (1:15.12). Sophomore
Caroline Morales with a season best in the 100 Back (1:18.73). Finally, sophomore
Hannah Schlomann earned season bests in the 200 Free (2:43.85) and 100 Free (1:14.49).
The women divers compete next away at the Lindenwood Diving Invitational next Saturday, November 22 and the women swimmers compete next away at the Pioneer Classic, Friday, Dec. 5-6.
