JACKSONVILLE, IL – The women's swimming and diving team traveled to Illinois College for a quad meet – taking on Illinois College, Millikin University and Knox College. Since the meet include the longer stroke and IM events, many swimmers were swimming new events or swimming the longer events for the first time. It was an opportunity to expand their abilities and they proved up to the challenge.
While the team scores were not on the positive side for the team, the progress being made was shown through the number of best swims and the number of new events swum at the meet.
The women will be back in the water on Saturday, Nov 15 when they take on Lindenwood-Belleville at home on 1 pm.
