GAME 1 IOWA – 12 PRINCIPIA – 4 in 6 inningsThere were just too many physical and mental errors in this game for the team to overcome. This team has been prone to giving up a big inning but this time they gave up 3 big innings and it is all but impossible to overcome that. The team worked hard and kept trying but the errors were their undoing. Live and learn!

GAME 2 IOWA – 0 PRINCIPIA – 4One of if not the best all around game this team has played all season. The defense was solid with two outstanding catches in center field by
Thanda Kyaw. Several times Iowa threatened with runners in scoring position but the defense and pitching rose to the challenge and shut out Iowa. The offense was more opportunistic in this game making the most of their 5 hits.
Thanda, Nac, Kelsey, Jessy and Ashley all had a hit in this game. Thanda, Nac, Kelsey and Chelsea all scored a run while Thanda and Kelsey had RBI's.

Casey Lee pitched 9 of them. She pitched 4 consecutive double headers which was amazing. In every game she gave her team a chance to win. She did end up getting the win in 4 of those games.
