ELSAH, IL – National Collegiate Rugby just announced the list of All-Americans for the fall 2024 15s season, and just like the 2023 season, Principia's captain
Damir Conci was chosen at the flyhalf (#10) position for Division I!
Conci, a senior from Argentina, finishes out his outstanding collegiate 15s career as a two-time Division I All-American (2023-2024) and a Division II National Champion (2022). Not only has he excelled on the field as a distributor, scorer, defender, and as the team's main kicker, but he has been the captain for the Thunder Chickens all four years. His leadership on and off the field is one of the biggest reasons behind all of the team's recent national success and promotion to Division I.
Look for Conci to continue playing and leading the Thunder Chickens during the 7s season this spring as they make another push for Nationals in Washington DC!
