2010 TEAM:
During the spring of 2010 I played second base on the first Principia College varsity softball team in over 10 years. Our record definitely does not reflect the moral accomplishments and mental breakthroughs we experienced throughout the season. I feel privileged to have been on a team with the 10 other ladies that made the season such an adventure.

THIS SEASON:
This season I’m looking forward to breaking new ground with all the new faces on the team! We are definitely capable of success both on and off the scoreboard this year and I cannot wait to see what happens.

WHY I LOVE PLAYING THIS GAME!
I love softball because it demands incredible mental toughness from every team member. It requires everyone on the field to be entirely focused on the task at hand, and be flexible to change the plan of action from pitch to pitch. Softball also provides me with opportunities to practice Christian Science.
