Senior Year (2014-2015)
After a great Junior season, Nate returns for his Senior season prime to end his career with a bang. Nate racked up 1st Team all conference awards at both 2nd Doubles and 3rd Singles last year. Nate brings and energy and enthusiasm for competition that really gives life to our team. Look for Nate to put everything he has into his last season of collegiate tennis.

Junior Year (2013-2014)
Nate returns to the team this season after spending last spring semester on the Peru abroad. In his freshman year, Nate was a key contributor to Principia's SLIAC Championship winning team. Nate received Honorable Mention All Conference at 3rd singles and 2nd doubles. We are excited to have him back, as his skill and drive will help the team reach its full potential this season.

Freshman Year (2011-2012)
Nate comes to Principia College from the Upper School in St. Louis. He is a relentless player who looks to use his speed and quickness to frustrate his opponents. Nate played 1st Singles both his Junior and Senior seasons. He has good groundstrokes and will look to improve his game by working on his serve and adding pace to his shots. Nate’s skill and enthusiasm will provide a much needed boost to the program.

When did you start playing tennis and why?
I started playing tennis when I was 5 years old. My grandma loved playing the sport and she introduced it to me. Even throughout high school she would comment on how I was playing and give me advice. 

Why I love playing tennis!
I love playing tennis because of the team aspect. Even though it's just one person against another, you are playing for your teammates and to make others better.
