Sophomore Year (2012)
Hilary Frandsen enjoys the team atmosphere and the motivation that comes from playing for others. She is an inspiration as she brings her great enthusiasm and joy to practices and matches.  Hilary will be playing #2 singles and #1 doubles this year.  Her volleys and all court game have improved and she is fierce at the net!
 
Freshman Year (2011)
Hilary is excited about joining the Principia College Women’s Tennis Team. She is looking forward to bonding with teammates, improving as both an individual tennis player and a team player, and enjoying her first year as a collegiate athlete. She will work to improve her footwork and reaction times, as well as strengthen her mental game. Hilary will make a great contribution to the team both spiritually and academically.


1.)  When did you start playing tennis and why?
        I started playing tennis in 8th grade because I really liked it.

2.)  What do you love most about playing tennis?
        Its a great workout, you get to be part of a team, and its competitive.
