2015 Season (Senior Year)
A 2 time All-Conference player, Thanda is definitely going to be our offensive catalyst.  A slapper with gap power and terrific speed, she puts a ton of pressure on defenses.  Her defensive game to a big leap forward last season as she had developed into one of the best outfielders in the Conference.  If you want excitement just watch Thanda play!

2014 Season (Junior Year)
Thanda had a breakout season last year earning All-Conference status.  She led the team in batting average, stolen bases, on base %, runs and triples.  She is a nightmare for opponent’s defenses and she is fun to watch.  Her foot speed also gives her great range in the outfield to go with a strong arm.

2013 Season (Sophomore Year) 
As a freshman Thanda was a terrific contributor to the Panthers both offensively and defensively.  As the team’s primary slapper Thanda is looking to use her speed to cause havoc at the plate and on the base path.  She is also looking to snag any fly balls hit in her direction and lock down the outfield for the Panthers this season.

2012 Season (Freshman Year)
Even though this is Thanda’s freshman year we expect to see her impact games for us.  She is a slap hitter who can also swing away.  She is very quick and is going to put a lot of pressure on defenses.  Defensively you can expect to see her utilizing her speed to cover a lot of ground in center field.


1. When did you start playing softball and why?
I began playing softball during my sophomore year at my high school in California. I joined the team because it was known to accept anyone who tried out and I had never played a sport prior to it. I ended up loving it and have been playing ever since.
 
2. What do you love most about playing this sport?
I love being on a team, it is a unique mix of individual and team sport. I also like the physical aspect, you get to hit, throw, run and catch.
