2015 Season (Sophomore Year)
Selfless commitment to her team defines Ashley.  Due to unforeseen circumstances this season Ashley has volunteered to be our second pitcher.  She really doesn’t have much experience as a pitcher but she has been working hard to give it the best she has.  Ashley can play just about anywhere but when she isn’t pitching look for her to be over at 1^st base.  Her fluid swing motion hides the power she can produce at the plate.  Look for her to be driving in runs when we need her to.

2014 Season (Freshman Year)
While Ashley may only be a freshman she is one of our more experienced players having played softball at home for years.  She is really versatile as she can play several infield and outfield positions and that is going to make her extremely important to her team.  Her fluid swing suggests she is going to put up some solid offensive numbers this season. 

1) When did you start playing softball and why?  I started when I was in 1st grade because I liked that I got snacks after every game .

2) What do you love most about playing softball?  Overall I've loved the team aspect of softball the most. It is not a one woman game and I love how much it has taught me about group collaboration and teamwork.
