Junior Year (2014-2015)

Jesse returns for his third season on the team as one of the most accomplished divers ever at Principia.  His focus remains on earning a spot to the National meet this year.  Being a record holder on both 1 and 3 meter boards during his career, the next step is to compete at the highest level in NCAA Division III – the National meet.  We expect his determination and desire to help him improve and achieve his goals.

Jesse also takes on the role of team captain this year.  His example of focus, commitment and team will help the members of the team come together to be the Best Team.


Sophomore Year (2013-2014)

Jesse enters his Sophomore year at Pricipia looking to make even more of an impact on the team than last season. Jesse holds the 1 meter 6-dive record at Principia and this year hopes to achieve the 1 meter 11-dive record as well as improve his 6-dive score. He also hopes to move up on the 3 meter top-10 lists for both the 6- and 11- dive events. Jesse is looking forward to this season and is excited to see how the team as a whole performes.

Freshman Year (2012-2013)

Jesse Dehnert comes to the swim and dive team from Renton, Washington, as a freshman determined to make an impact. Jesse has already had some success as a diver in high school, where he attended Kentwood Senior High and competed in the Washington State Men’s Diving Championships in his junior and senior years. Jesse is enthusiastic about continuing his diving career at Principia where he hopes to have as much of an impact on his team mates as he does on the record books. We look forward to seeing this young man perform in the coming season.
