2020 Season (Senior Year)
Elise is entering her third year with the team.  She was a walk on her sophomore year having never played the game before.  She continues to make progress in her skill development and her understanding of the game.  In her previous seasons she has been exclusively in the outfield but with her skills continuing to develop she may be seeing some time at 1^st base.   Elise is getting more and more confident with her batting ability so we should get an offensive shot in the arm from her this season.

2019 Season (Junior Year)
This is Elise’s second season with the team.  Last year was the first time she ever played softball and so she went through a huge learning curve.  But typical of what we have come to expect from Elise, she went through that learning curve with determination, genuine effort and grace.  She has made a ton of progress and the team is expecting to see Elise out on the field more, putting her skills to the test.  We can always count on Elise to bring some moments of humor for us and be a vocal support to her teammates.

2018 Season (Sophomore Year)
Elise is new to softball this year but is picking up the game quickly thanks to her can-do attitude and strong work ethic. Since pre-season, she has grown exponentially in her ability to track and catch fly balls in the outfield, and her throw continues to get stronger and more precise. Offensively, Elise has made great strides in her fundamentals and has developed a nice pop in her bat. We anticipate Elise’s continued progress and look forward to seeing her step up as a vocal leader.

1.)  When did you start playing softball and why?
I have never played softball until college.

2.)  What do you love most about playing softball?
I love the team unity and seeing the progress everyone and myself is making.
