2020 Season (Junior Year)
This is Alyssa’s third year and just like last season we are certain to see her keep improving.  Last season Alyssa became a really important offensive threat for us and she expects to be even better this year.  She will be sharing pitching duties with Gracie Paul as well as playing in other positions when not pitching.  Because of her skill set and willingness to serve her team Alyssa could end up playing several defensive positions when she isn’t pitching.  We all love her grit and determination.

2019 Season (Sophomore Year)
Alyssa returns for her sophomore season determined to be an impact player for this team.  She will share pitching duties with Leah as well as play on the infield.  Alyssa learned a lot her freshman year and spent much of her summer working on the things she felt she wanted to improve.  We have already seen the evidence of that good work in practices.  It is safe to say that we will see that ‘impact’ on the mound, on the infield and especially at the plate.  This should be a break out season for her.

2018 Season (Freshman Year)
This is Alyssa’s first year with the team. She has played a lot of ball growing up including competitive travel ball. Alyssa’s versatility and knowledge of the game adds value to our defense and our offense. Alyssa is quick to the ball and a smart play-maker, bringing trust and stability to the infield.. She is also serving as one of our pitchers and has dedicated extra time to paint the corners of the zone and has developed an effective change-up. Offensively, Alyssa has line-drive power and looks to drive the ball hard. We look forward to watching Alyssa take command of the field both defensively and offensively.

1.  When did you start playing softball and why? I started playing in 2^nd grade because my mom played in college and I wanted to be just like her.
 
2.  What do you love most about playing softball?
The friendships I make with my teammates and being able to practice with my dad.
