Rob Terrell Comes from Woodland Park Colorado where he loves to go back to for camping and hiking with his wife and kid. He frequents Adventure Unlimited in Buna Vista as it was pivotal in his metaphysical development. Terrell comes from a diverse athletic background having competed in Football, Baseball, Wrestling, and Track & Field in High school and continuing Football at the college level. He is also an alumnus of the Thunder Chickens Rugby Club at Principia College.
His masters in Exercise Science has a focus on performance enhancement and injury reduction in 2015. Coach Terrell also holds his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certifications through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Among other certifications he also holds a level 1 USA weightlifting certification. Terrell has had the honor of working with 3 future professional athletes and one that moved on to represent the nation at the national level.
