2014 Sason (Senior Year)
‘Nac’ returns for her 4^th and final season of softball looking to be a key contributor to the team’s success.  Nac is the best defensive 1^st baseman in the Conference and will once again be slotted into the meat of the batting order.  Her strong leadership skills will be critical for a young team with 7 freshmen.

2013 Season (Junior Year)
Nac had an excellent sophomore season.  She was a vital offensive threat for the panthers as she was in the top 3 on the team in stolen bases, runs, batting average, triples, slugging %, rbi’s.  She also led the team in doubles, total bases, and hits.  On the defensive side she locked down first base every game leading the team in fielding % and put outs.  As Nac continues to improve, she will be a force to be reckoned with in conference in all aspects of the game.  

2012 Season (Sophomore Year)
Nac had an excellent freshman season in 2011 and we expect to see her continue to develop offensively and defensively.  At first base, she may be the best defensive first baseman in SLIAC and with a new infield her presence over at first is even more important.  Christine has made several adjustments in her swing and she looks to be ready to improve on what was a good offensive season last year.

2011 Season (Freshman Year)
I think we have the potential to be #1 in our conference. I haven’t seen the other teams play, but I know we definitely have the talent; we just need to be mentally tougher than the other teams and want to win more than the other teams. I think we as a team should work together to have an overall batting average of at least .250. Based on what I’ve seen so far I expect our team to be mostly drama free. We all get along so well with each other and we’ve become so close in just the first 2 weeks of our season. In the pre-season I came in everyday and worked on the workout coach gave us so that I would be prepared.  I am feeling ready and can't wait for the season to start!

2010 Season (High School)
First Base on the Varsity High School team at Enloe High School—we were 6th in our conference—I had the second highest batting average—I got the most PO’s on defense on the team—I had the most double plays of anyone on the team—I made the All-Conference team and the Academic All-Conference team

WHY I LOVE PLAYING THIS GAME!
It really is a team effort. You can’t carry a team to victory with 2 or 3 great players. Everyone has to pitch in to the overall excellence of the team in order to be successful!

1.)  When did you start playing softball and why?
    I started playing in 6th grade because I looked up to my older brother who played baseball at the time.

        I like to get in the dirt at first.
