2018 Season (Sophomore Year)
This is Sarai’s second season with the team. With her quick hands and ability to read the ball, she will be coming into the infield as our first baseman this year.  Her determination to succeed has propelled her past obstacles, and though she is relatively new to the game, she promises to be a crucial player on defense and offense.  She has a good eye at the plate with solid line drive power, adding depth to our line-up. We look forward to watching Sarai finish key plays at first and drive balls into the gaps.

2017 Season (Freshman Year)
This is Sarai’s first season with the team, and first time playing softball. From the start, we have seen a lot of promise from Sarai. She has a strong arm and a nice pop in her bat with line drive power. She certainly has a knack for picking up the game quickly, and we expect to see some great plays by Sarai this season. Be on the watch for Sarai in the field, because when you see her, you would never guess this is her first time playing!

1.)  When did you start playing softball and why?
I started playing this year. I thought why not learn how to play? I have always had an interest in the sport, but I was too involved in soccer.

2.)  What do you love most about playing softball?
I love how it is such a mental and technical game. A lot of hard work goes into being a great softball player
