Senior Year (2012)
Shelby is returning for her fourth and final season of cross country at Principia.  Although she hasn't had many consistent seasons in the past, she is looking forward to working hard and seeing steady progress this year.  Her favorite part of cross country is getting to spend time with so many amazing people and cheering on her teammates. She is majoring in Political Science, Sociology and Anthropology, and Spanish. When she is not running or studying, Shelby also enjoys playing lacrosse, reading, and spending time with friends and family.


Junior Year (2011)
Shelby Lemons, a junior and a 3^rd year cross country athlete, brings a lot of leadership and enthusiasm to the team. A Political Science, Sociology, and Spanish major, Lemons is quite a productive athlete. In addition to cross country, Lemons also plays Lacrosse in the Spring.
