Principia College's Sarah Corbitt, a senior from Ballwin, Mo. (Principia Upper), has been named the Women's Tennis Player of the Week for the week of April 8-14.

Corbitt went undefeated last week at both #2 Singles and #1 Doubles. She defeated Webster University's Hilary Fitz, 6-0, 6-2, to remain the only undefeated #2 Singles player in the SLIAC. Corbitt and teammate Carlie Sanderude are also undefeated at #1 Doubles and defeated the Gorloks' duo, 8-3. Corbitt picked up wins at both positions versus Lindenwood University, sliding by with a 6-3, 7-6(7-3) win in singles play.
