The volleyball team takes on #2 in SLIAC, Spalding University Monday October 5th at 7:00pm at Hay Fieldhouse. Spalding stands at 13-3 and 5-0 in SLIAC play. Spalding is a tough serving, fast tempo team that appears to be on a roll. Principia looks forward to tonight as an opportunity to dig in their heels and compete tough. The Principia women will work to control the ball well on their own side, and prove a fiery tenacity on the defensive side of the ball, willing to dig 20 balls a game. Principia sits ahead of Spalding with their team hitting efficiency (.204 v .179), and the teams are ranked #1 and #2 in Service Aces.
