Yaw Danso Named to the NSCAA All-American Team

The accolades continue to pour in for senior men's soccer co-captain Yaw Danso who was named to the NSCAA All-America third team. Danso becomes the first Panther player since Toby Clark in 1988 to be named to the All-America team. He is the second player in SLIAC history following Pedro Rodriguez of Macmurray College(1993) to be named to the team.  Danso who led the panthers in scoring with 12 goals and 11 assists ends an illustrious career that leaves him second all time in assists and fourth in scoring.  He finishes his career having featured in 70 games while scoring 28 goals to go along with 27 assists.  He was also the SLIAC Player of the year this season and for the second time in his career he was a first team selection in the SLIAC having been a second teamer the other two injury riddled seasons.
