Box Score ST. LOUIS, MO.-- Tuesday night in St. Louis the Principia Panthers played with great spirit but came up short against the Griffins of Fontbonne University by the score of 82-62. The final score does not represent the closeness of the game. The half-time score was 38-36 Fontbonne and the score with 5 minutes left in the game was 59-56. Then Fontbonne went on a tear to finish off the Panthers and leave them once again in search of their first conference win of the season. Principia was led by senior
Justin MacDonald with 24 points, while Fontbonne had 5 players in double figures for the victory. The game turned on turnovers, Principia with 25 compared to Fontbonne's 12. The Panthers will play their final home game of the season on Saturday afternoon against Greenville College. The seniors on this year's team will be honored at this event. Tip-off is at 3:00 pm.
