Prin volleyball sweeps MacMurray

Box Score JACKSONVILLE, ILL. -- Prin volleyball faced a raucous MacMurray gym filled with a loud crowd of male athletes dressed in kilts. They chanted and yelled the entire match trying to get Prin rattled. No such luck. In fact, it was the best serving outing to date!

Prin knew exactly what they wanted to accomplish tonight, and the team kept their focus to make sure they got the most out of the night. They worked to move the ball all around the court, and pushed the pace at just the right time.

Prin served up eight aces - Kiersten Andersen and Sierra Sprague each contributing two. Kiersten led the offense with 12 kills, Tess Rountree added nine, and Christine Nacewicz and Sierrra had four apiece.  Kiersten added 10 digs and stellar passing, putting together an inspiring match leading the Panthers to a three game sweep over MacMurray.
