PCWS 2-0 victory on the road

Box Score This weekend Principia soccer travelled to Rose Holman Institute of Technology. This season Rose Holman has had impressive results against other SLIAC teams, shutting out Greenville 1-0, and Webster 2-0. The Panthers played the engineers in Terre Haute. The first goal came off of sophomore Nadine Marczi who slotted the ball past the Rose Holman keeper.  The Panther's second came in the second half when junior, Hayley MacWilliams rose to the occasion and headed the ball in the back of the net making the score 2-0. Junior keeper, Murilla King did well in net for Principia recording four saves and her first shut out of the season.  The team awards went to Nadine Marczi who received the Golden Boot for her game winning goal and offensive prowess and the Lunch Pale award went to Junior Carlie Sanderude for her tenacity and hard work in defense.
