Box Score Principia men's soccer team edged out Blackburn college 5-2 in a homecoming duel for the panthers on Saturday afternoon in Elsah, IL. A brace and an assist by
Nate Waters punctuated the scoring for the panthers on an afternoon where Principia controlled the game throughout with the exception of a few hiccups that led to a couple of consolation goals.
Matt Jones and
John Gotwals also scored to round out some solid offensive movements led by panther midfielders Laurencee Martins ,
Kevin Silcox and
Abi Carper.
Evan Sperr also got in the act with a resounding header. The panthers now get ready to face Fontbonne University on Tuesday afternoon @6pm in Elsah, IL
