Jacksonville, IL- In a mid-week matchup the Panthers traveled to Jacksonville for a conference double header against MacMurray College. MacMurray defeated the Panthers 14-2 and 13-0.
Scott Ross got the start in game 1 and competed, but MacMurray took advantage of the Panther miscues and mental lapses. In game 2
Jake Elmore got the start on the mound and pitched tough, but the Panthers again struggled in the field. The Panthers were able to put some rallies together, but the MacMurray pitchers were able to work out of the jams each time. Next up is Spaulding University as the Panthers travel down to Louisville, Kentucky for a weekend series April 12th and April 13th.
