Elsah, ILL. -- Principia Men's Soccer played host to Westminster College in an important matchup for both teams. Principia was looking to secure a spot in the SLIAC Playoffs as Westminster was looking to make the playoffs. Principia started the game on fire and had a scoring chance within the first few minutes. Unfortunately a header goal was called back but this didn't stop the energy and effort by Principia. In the second half Westminster was able to break the 0-0 deadlock, with a defensive lapse by the Panthers, and take a 1-0 lead. In the 78th minute Principia was forced to play with 10 men. Once again the Panthers showed their fight and determination as they tied up the game in the 80th minute with a goal by Cam Sellers off of a sweet assist by David McLeod-Warrick.
