Box Score Jacksonville, IL. - The Panthers trekked to Jacksonville this afternoon to take on the Illinois College Blueboys. The two teams have battled in several close games in recent years. Today the Panthers came out and dominated as they rolled to a 7-0 win.
Sawyer Grow started on the mound and was marvelous. Grow threw eight innings with ease, allowing just three hits and striking out four.
Parker Tibbetts entered in the ninth and worked a 1-2-3 inning to seal the victory for the Panthers. The defense was equally impressive as the Panthers made multiple web gem worthy plays throughout the ballgame.
Everyone chipped in offensively as all nine starters collected base hits.

Jake Kearney all had two hits on the day. The Panthers tallied 12 hits as a team and are starting to swing the bats extremely well.Â
The Panthers will have a few days off before returning to action when they play this Saturday at home against Robert Morris University - Springfield. Game times are scheduled for 12:00 and 2:00 p.m.
The Panthers have won three straight games and are still in first place in the SLIAC East Division as they are 8-5 overall and 1-0 in conference play.
Sawyer Grow and
Alex Stamos are both currently in the top five in ERA across the league. Grow boasts a 1.63 ERA and Stamos is not too far behind with a 1.90 ERA.
