Elsah, ILL. -- The volleyball team competed against Eureka College, and both teams were working for their first SLIAC win. Kudos to the lady Panthers for a four-game victory over the Red Devils.

Principia out-hit Eureka .197 to .035, posting a season best hitting percentage. Principia also controlled the side-out game with some solid passing and beautiful offensive choices from setter
Devon Marunde. However, the Red Devils bested Principia from the service line with an 8:3 ace to error compared to Prin's 6:11.

Nikki Matters took care of business tonight with a career high 20 kills hitting .349, and she tied her career high of 29 digs.
Devon Marunde earned a career high 50 assists in the match, and picked up 21 digs as well. It was a fine offensive team effort with every hitter contributing to the 63 kills –
