FULTON, MO - The Principia Softball team traveled to Westminster College on Tuesday for their second doubleheader against the Blue Jays this season. After surrendering 81 runs in the last meeting, the Panthers improved by giving up less than half that total this time around.
Principia's main goal of the day was to up the number of hits from previous games. They accomplished that with five total as
Heather Savoye leading the way with two hits.

Kelsie Huss, and
Avery Cobb each got one a piece. Nice defensive plays were made by
Heather Savoye and
Avery Cobb filling in at short stop,
Titra Staley in left field, and
Kelsie Huss at third.
Up Next: The Panthers will travel to Louisville, Kentucky on Saturday for their first meeting this season with Spalding.
