Principia never won a SLIAC regular season or tournament title in softball. The Panthers' best season came in 1995 when they finished 14-14 (12-8 in SLIAC).

Joanna Beckstrom
The leader of Principia's best softball years, Beckstrom earned First Team All-Conference three times from 1993-95.
2010-2019:
Hannah Hathaway
Hathaway earned All-Conference three times during her career and was twice selected as a member of the First Team in 2018 and 2019.
