Ramiro Dominguez was just named 2025 Division III Women's Coach of the Year by the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association!
In his fourth season at the helm, Dominguez led the Panthers to the program's first ever conference championship and NCAA tournament appearance this year. The Panthers became the first #4 seed to win the SLIAC women's basketball tournament after running through the gauntlet of Greenville, Westminster, and Webster en route to the conference title.
Dominguez helped turn the program around from a one-win season in 2021-22 to 12 wins in 2022-23, 15 wins in 2023-24, and 17 wins in 2024-25. He was previously named SLIAC Coach of the Year in 2022-23.
