Amarachi Ejimadu, who was named SLIAC Women's Track Athlete of the Week for the week of February 2-8!
Ejimadu finished second in the 60m dash at Illinois College with a new personal record of 7.91 to increase her conference lead in that event so far this season. She also finished fourth in the 200m dash and helped lead the Panthers 4x200m relay to second place. This mark's Ejimadu's first time ever winning the conference's weekly award.
Next up, the Principia track & field team will head to Washburn University in Kansas for an indoor meet on February 13 and 14.
