Freshman Year (2010)
There was a point in Leticia’s life in which she lived in Denver, Colorado where she played soccer. However, that was a long time ago. Leticia (pronounced la-cheese-ia) is an international student hailing from the country where some of the most talented players in the world come from, Brazil. Although there hasn’t been much opportunity for her to play in Brazil, she was a member of her previous University’s indoor soccer team. As a forward, Leticia has a good knowledge of the game and does a great job reading the defender on her back so that she can turn quickly. We look forward to learning more about Leticia’s Brazilian culture and are excited to watch her become a strong presence in the attack.
