Senior (2014)
Jessica had a successful junior year transitioning to the outside and getting plenty of swings.  She finished the season with 270 kills and had a match high kill number of 18 against Iowa Wesleyan!  She also finished up as #7 in the SLIAC for solo blocks and #9 in the SLIAC for total points!  Jess showed us that she could pound the ball and mix up her game with some off-speed shots.  Jess’s hard work this spring has spurred great progress with her serve and placement shots.  We can’t wait to see what Jess brings to this season. 

Junior (2013)
Jess moves to Outside Hitter this season after working hard in the spring to grow her game. She is one of our “twin towers” on the outside opposite of Tess Rountree, and she packs a punch on the ball. Jess has worked to diversify her game, and we look forward to seeing her hard work come to fruition. Jess has a calm presence on the court that helps the team stay focused on the moment.

Sophomore (2012)
Jess played four years of volleyball at Principia Upper School as a stud Outside Hitter. She then went on to Indiana State University at the Division I level for her freshman year, where she red shirted and trained hard. She comes to us this season with a powerful hit and determination to hone her skills into an unstoppable offensive threat. She is a great teammate and has a tough work ethic that brings good energy to the rest of the team.

I started playing in fourth grade because I love playing sports and a friends said her mom was starting a volleyball club

I love pounding the ball and having fun with my teammates
