Biography
Junior Year (2015)
Max is deceptively fast. He is good on the dribble with speed and probably the best speed dribbler on the team. He has a great attitude, works hard, and improves every session. As a junior, we will rely on him to mentor the underclassmen and support the seniors. This year he will be fighting for a starting spot out on the wing or up top as forward.
Sophomore Year (2014)
Bruch certainly surpassed expectations in his rookie season featuring in 12 games. He proved to be more versatile than expected playing primarily in the forward positions and with his speed posed plenty of probelms for the opposition. As he continues to improve his technique, Bruch will prove to be a unique talent because of the dimensions he brings to the game. He is competitive, has good speed and makes consitently dangerous runs. His finishing will have to improve as he fights to establish himself into the starting lineup. We look forward to great things from "mad" MAX
Freshman Year (2013)
Max could be the surprise incoming freshman. He has played the game but recently took a hiatus and ventured into bike riding. Hopefully some of that cross training should carry over into his first foray into collegiate soccer. He should feature as a winger though his highschool career has seen him entrenched in the backline. We will see how he adapts.
1.) When did you start playing soccer and why?
I first started playing soccer in first grade. I had just switched schools and I think my mom thought it would help me make friends.
2.) What do you love most about playing soccer?
I love the people that I’ve had the opportunity to play with over the years. I’ve always had fantastic teammates that have created a great, fun atmosphere that also pushes me to work hard
