Sophomore (2016)
As our most improved player, last year Taylor showed progress in her technical game.  As a forward, she showed composure with the ball at her feet, making sly turns for shooting opportunities or for switching the point of attack.  With her simple passing, she helps maintain the team’s possession.  She selflessness and is always willing to lend a helping hand to her teammates and coaches.  We look forward to watching her continued growth and are so glad she is on the team to be an example of what it means to be a teammate.        

Freshman (2015)
Taylor MacIntire joins our team from Seattle, Washington.  Having rowed crew for two years, she also played soccer for her high school team.  Showing leadership qualities, she captained her team for her final season.  She can play any position on the field making her very versatile and valuable.  This year, she will greatly contribute to our outside midfield or possible backline.   
1.)  When did you start playing soccer and why?
I started playing soccer in kindergarten on a 5 and under team. My parents grew up playing sports and knew how much being on a team can shape you.

2.)  What do you love most about playing soccer?
Something that I love about soccer is that it’s another form of communication on and off the field that you can develop and practice. Soccer also is another expression of joy that will always be a part of my life even when I’m not physically playing anymore.
