Senior (2018)
Cha Cha has the full package to the beach. She has wonderful ball control, a scary serve and knows where to put the ball offensively. Cha Cha is also a great teammate, bringing passion and support to the court, as well as a dedicated competitiveness. Cha Cha is ready to bring some more power to her offense this season.

Junior (2017)
Cha Cha is one of our veterans on the beach team, entering her third year of training on the sand with Principia College Volleyball.  Cha Cha also has the opportunity to play beach volleyball when she travels home to Santa Barbara, CA every break!  Cha Cha is a very versatile player that puts all she has into every play.  She is great partner and we look forward to seeing her compete hard this season!

Sophomore (2016)
Cha Cha begins this sand season with enthusiasm and some beach volleyball experience since she is a native Californian….it’s a part of her nature!  Cha Cha is a super athletic player, so moving on the sand is not a problem for her, and her competitive nature keeps her opponents guessing as to what she will do next.  

Fun Facts

1.)  When did you start playing beach volleyball and why?

I started playing beach volleyball in 9th grade because that's what kids do during the summer in Santa Barbara! I would go to a beach volleyball camp every summer and was always so intimidated because everyone was so good at it.

2.)  What do you love most about playing beach volleyball?

I love that it's at my favorite place, the beach! And I love that anyone can play. It's a casual and fun sport that is easy to start up a game with a few friends. And jumping in the ocean after games isn't so bad :-)
