Senior Year 2017-18
Parker returns to the team for his senior season and second year as captain. Parker looks to build on the work and leadership that he had last season and leave a mark in his final season. Parker looks to continue to hold down the defense as he was 2nd in the nation for defensive rebounding with 9.5 rebounds per game. For this season we hope to see Parker expand his offensive arsenal and be a consistent presence defensively as he is key to the team’s success.

Junior Year 2016-17
Parker returns to the team fresh off a successful first year as captain where he displayed excellent leadership. Parker was incredibly productive last year leading the team in many categories but none more impressive than his 9.7 rebounds per game, which was good for 3^rd in the conference. Parker worked hard this offseason and is excited to continue his great play as he leads the team with his ferocious rebounding and balanced inside-out scoring. 

Year 2015-16
Parker returns ready to build on his impressive freshman season. Parker was awarded Newcomer of the Year in the SLIAC last year, but is aiming even higher this year. He is excited to get on the court and be able to take advantage of any matchup on the court. After a summer of working hard to improve his game, Parker comes back ready to lead this team as a captain. Look for Parker to be a leader on the court while attacking the rim with vengence and hitting some long range three pointers.

Freshman Year 2014-15
Parker is one member of the freshmen group we received this offseason. He is coming off a very impressive senior season at his high school in Amarillo, TX. Parker will be stepping straight into a big role for the team this year and we are confident he is up the challenge. Parker likes to spot up outside the three point line and light it up from out there, but with his speed and ability to jump he can bang down low with the best of them. We are excited to watch Parker grow as a player and expand his game to make him a real force in the SLIAC.

When did you start playing basketball and why?
I started playing when I was five years old, because I loved to play sports.

What do you love most about playing basketball?
I love the atmosphere in the gym when the fans are loud and everybody is excited for the game.
