Senior Year 2023-24
After missing last season with an injury, AJ is back for his long awaited Senior season. In 2021-22, AJ led the Panthers in scoring with 16 points/gm. He is a dynamic playmaker who plays the game with a great deal of joy. AJ is a captain this season, and his strong work ethic has resonated tremendously on the team. He is able to attack the basket and shoot the ball from the perimeter, which makes him very difficult to defend. After working extremely hard to get back on the court, we cannot wait to see AJ in his final season.

Junior Year 2021-22
This season AJ comes back to join the squad for his Junior year. Ready to get back on the court after having the prior season canceled, he has been busy in the off season working on his game and is excited to play. This will be AJ’s second season with the Panthers, coming off a year averaging 14 points and 3 assists a game. Looking to help the team with his athletic play style and smooth offensive skill set, AJ will be a key to both the Panthers offense and defense. We can’t wait to get AJ back on the court!

Sophomore Year 2019-20
AJ, younger brother of TreVaughn Goodman, is our only transfer this season and comes in to his first season as a Panther as a sophomore. AJ is a very talented guard, who will immediately step in to a big role for the Panthers on both sides of the ball. AJ can handle the ball and is a terrific shooter from the outside, but can also get to the basket with ease, and is a very talented defender as well. Look for AJ to play a significant role for the Panthers from the get-go this season, as he transitions into a key center point of this year’s Panther squad.

When did you start playing basketball and why?
I started playing basketball when I was 4 because it just felt right to. My whole family played it. In a sense, I would like to say I was destined to.

What do you love most about playing basketball?
I love the competitive spirit it has and how you learn a lot of life skills while doing it.
