Senior Year 2022-23
Jake is a sharp shooter from Chesterfield, MO and is one of the best shooters in the nation. He shot over 90% from the FT line and over 43% from 3 PT range, including an unheard of 53.4% during SLIAC play. Jake is more than just a 3-point shooter, as he is a hard nosed competitor who refuses to back down on the court. Look for Jake to have another amazing season as he looks to close his collegiate career on a high note!

Junior Year 2021-22
Jake is a Saint Louis native who is in his second year at Principia, but first season of playing. He has a mind for the game and is in the gym everyday working on his craft and his jump shot. Jake has been a part of a few different college programs and has found his place here with us. He has an incredible jump shot, that allows him to stretch the floor and gives him a chance for some drives and to show off his smooth touch inside as well. Jake brings a tenacity to both the offensive and defensive end of the floor that is contagious. He has also been recognized by a local news station for his shooting abilities, making 549 free throws in a row. We are eager to see Jake take the court this year with the rest of the Panther squad.

When did you start playing basketball and why?
I started playing in 4th grade because all my friends were.

What do you love most about playing basketball?
I love the grind and seeing results. I also love the camaraderie and the team aspect of basketball.
