Biography
Junior Year (2016)
Bryce returns and is looking to progress from where he left off last year. He has a solid approach at the plate and had many timely hits for the Panthers last season. Bryce is a versatile player, as he can be a wall behind the plate and track balls in the outfield. He is a strong leader and is a vocal presence for the Panthers. Expect Bryce to play a big role for the Panthers this year.
Sophomore Year (2015)
Bryce “Brown Rice” Murray looks to improve upon the success he experienced his initial campaign with the Panthers. Brown Rice has underrated speed on the base paths and is a consistent hitter with great hand-eye coordination. Bryce can play infield and outfield, as well as catcher if need be. We look forward to seeing Bryce continue making positive strides this year and are excited to see how much better he will become with his positive attitude and bulldog work ethic.
Freshman Year (2014)
Bryce hails from southern California where baseball is the next best thing to sliced bread. Bryce brings a wealth of baseball knowledge to this year’s squad and can be seen behind the plate. Bryce also has a very fluid and quick swing that will help our offense this season.

When did you start playing baseball and why?
My parents signed me up for T Ball when I was 4 along with Hockey. I stuck with baseball because I found it to be the most enjoyable.
What do you love most about playing baseball?
Getting dirty. The mental strength and focus that it takes to play the game.
