Biography
Senior Year (2012)
Stephen had a solid fall and improved greatly defensively and offensively. The coaching staff is looking for Harmon to be a key component in the outfield and have been impressed with his effort, attitude and work ethic. His strong arm has been a plus in the outfield.
Junior Year (2011)
Stephen is ready to make an impact for the team this year. Stephen’s arm from the outfield has caught the eye of the coaches. He has made great progress with his swing as well.. Look for him to be fight his way into a starting role in the outfield.
Sophomore Year (2010)
Steve has shown the coaching staff that he is dedicated to becoming a better ball player and someone who can make a true impact on the team. The coaches have seen significant improvements in Steve's swing this winter, which adds another dangerous bat to the team. Steve needs to continue to work hard and earn his playing time in the outfield.
Freshman Year (2009)
Steve is a hard-nosed young player who has already proven to be a true team player. Steve was asked to take on a new position in order to make the team better. Though he has never caught before, he has embraced this new role and is grinding it out to get better back there on a daily basis. Steve is still working to find his best hitting approach—both mentally and physically.
