Junior (2018)
Leigh has quite a bit of indoor experience, but this will be her first dedicated season on the beach. Leigh loves volleyball and has a nice knowledge of the game. She is a great teammate as well, and I know that her coachable nature will help her grow her beach game quickly.

1.)  When did you start playing beach volleyball and why?
I started playing this year! I recently stopped playing indoor, but missed the sports/team part of my life, so here I am!

2.)  What do you love most about beach volleyball?
From what I’ve seen, I feel that strategy and ball placement are more vital components in beach volleyball than in indoor. It’s not about who can hit the ball the hardest, but rather where you can place it—all while having fun in the sun!

3.)  What's your favorite......

Movie? Hands down “JAWS”, but I recently saw “Lilo and Stich” for the first time and that’s a close second.
TV Show?  “Stranger Things” and “Supernatural”!!!
Food? Donuts 
Restaurant?  Does Krispy Kreme count?
Hobbies?  Water skiing, painting, piano, I taught myself the accordion once…etc.
Pro Athlete?  Alvin Kamara, running back for the Saints
Dream Job? Working in zoo/aquarium management and wildlife conservation
