Freshman (2019)
Beka Petersen joins us from Colorado where she attended the Link School. While not involved in basketball the past few years, Beka's athleticism will help her get up to speed and be a strong contributor on the court. Beka’s favorite quote is “Still I rise” by Maya Angelou.
1) When did you start playing basketball and why? I started playing in 7th grade because I didn’t want to be in band so I joined the basketball team instead.
