Freshman Year 2011-2012:
Torie joins us from Principia Upper School. After taking a year off, she enrolled at Principia with her sister, Becca, who is also on the team. Torie, who played goalie on the women’s soccer team, earned a starting spot on the basketball team soon after the soccer season ended. She plays both wing and post positions. Torie’s hustle and intensity are her trademarks on the team. She is looking to have a greater role on the offensive end of the court and we look forward to the great things she will bring.  

1.)  When did you start playing this sport and why?

    3rd grade because my Dad loves basketball and he signed me up.

2.)  What do you love the most about playing this sport?

   I love driving to the basket and making lay-ups.
