Senior Year (2017)
Coming back for her senior season, Alex is ready to help the central midfield dominate the offensive and defensive game. Her good vision of the field helps the offense get into attack and she is a playmaker in the defensive central midfielder position. Look for Alex to lead the attack by distributing the ball to wings flying forward.

Junior Year (2016)
Alex has been a welcoming relieve player in the midfield.  Her strong physicality allows for hard tackles.  She has a good touch on the ball and distributes well and keeps possession while playing long balls into space.  She has a keen awareness and when composed makes smart decisions.  Last year she played in the stopper position and as the first line of defense, she helped slow down the opposition’s attack.  This year we hope to push her more into the attack so that she will have the freedom to unleash her cannon of a shot.  

Sophomore Year (2015)
As a freshman last year, Alex found playing time in the center of the field as a holding midfielder.  She used her body to protect the ball and distributed well to teammates.  She got stuck-in and consistently won 50-50 tackles.  This year she will continue to play in the middle to win defensive balls.         


Freshman Year (2014)
We are so excited to have Alex on our team this year. As a player, her clever foot work helps her retain possession of the ball. She’s got a solid shot, and is very good at slide tackling. Along with all this, we also discovered Alex knows how to tickle the ivories and has her black belt in Karate, which takes a lot of discipline. We’re grateful to have her example on the team!    

1.) When did you start playing soccer and why?
I started playing soccer when I was 10. I wanted to start playing because I thought it looked fun and I got to play with my friends.
 
2.) What do you love most about playing soccer?
I love when a great string of passes connect and end with a sweet goal.
