Junior Year (2009)
Last season, Carey played a significant role in the team’s offensive attack. She is a dangerous threat to any defender, capable of scoring far outside the box with her rocket shot. She has been priceless as an offender, but her natural defensive mentality may push her in her last season to bolster up the defense vacated by a number of last year’s seniors. 

Sophomore Year (2008)
Carey comes to Principia College as a multi-sport athlete. She played soccer her freshman year, tennis her sophomore year, and is back for her junior year. Carey returns to us with great strength. Her confidence and work ethic have increased tremendously since she first stepped on the pitch a few years back. We anticipate her to be a great impact for us in the midfield. Outside of soccer, her interests include art, graphic design, and watching pro.

Freshman Year (2006)
Carey made the transition to Principia College from the Principia Upper School. As a leader on her high school soccer team, she is expected to play an important role for the Panthers her freshman year. She has proven to be a fierce, aggressive player both offensively and defensively and we hope to see her put a few balls in the back of the net.

Prep / Personal
Carey also enjoys art, and you may even see some of her artwork scattered around Hay Field House and other buildings. She also plays tennis for the college.
