Fall 2013 Women's Soccer Roster
Biography
Senior Year (2013)
As a third year captain, HMac enters her final season. Last year she showed her dominance in the middle of the pitch winning 50-50 balls, distributing to feet, and creating dangerous scoring opportunities. Although her skills are an asset on the field, it is her positive-hardworking attitude that makes her extremely valuable to our squad. She lifts her teammates up and keeps them focused through encouragement, and her love of life. We are excited to see her continued success on and off the field.
Junior Year (2012)
Hayley or “Hmac” is a leader. Her voice, her presence and her play is one that everyone on the field looks to and feel inspired by, and the greatest part, she is only a junior! For the past two years Hmac was a dominant center mid, controlling the flow of the game. However this 2012 season we are looking to see Hmac develop as a forward as well. With her drive for the ball and passion to see her team succeed we expect Hmac to be a big contributor this season.
Sophomore Year (2011)
Late acceptee Hayley was a great contributor to our squad this past year. A solid player, she was a force to be reckoned with in the center midfield. She did everything 100 percent. Fearless, she would challenge opponents in 50-50 balls and block shots or passes with her body. One could say she was everpresent on the field. She had a tendency to follow the ball rather than hold her position. However, this was only due to the fact she was hungry for action which was very helpful in our success. This year, with a little more discipline, we expect to see her make more efficient and effective runs so she can conserve more energy because her presence on the field is greatly needed.
